I thought that this PSA used the fear motivator very well. That's probably the most effective way to insure abstinence in kids. I think the most important thing that was maybe left out was the fact that the relationship speeds up after you cross that line. That's what causes most of the heartbreak in teens, not just the having a baby and/or STD's. They do make many appearances in relationships though. Every 10 seconds another teen contracts an STD. Pretty amazing statistics if you ask me. H1 S20
ReplyDeletepeer pressure has a lot of impact also because you are with the "one you love", but this isnt true because you should marry the one you love before having sex. having sex before marriage is always very dangerous, with stds, aids, prengancy and thats why you should stay abstinence. h1s31

The speed of the relationship does pick up after you cross the danger zone. This is a good wake up call to tell you that you shouldn't have sex before marriage because it ruins the marriage. Save it for your future husband/wife. It will be your big gift to them after you marry.

HR4 Seat15...this is a good way to show to wait to have sex. Its quick but shows how things can change and ruin a relationship is the 2 people are not ready.
